First I wanted to thank you for taking the time to talk to us. We’ve heard you on some mixtapes and we checked out the track “I Need Drugs”. I know you been doing production for people like Non-Phixion and a host of others. Shit, I know you going to blow up, but before we get into anything else I need to ask you, what are people saying about Necro the man? Is he anything like he portrays?

well when people meet me they find out I am cooler than maybe they thought maybe I’m not so angry and really I dont act fake I dont perpetrate I just live if I wanna laugh I will if I wannasmile I will and if I’m tested I will break ya face as expected its all on the mood I’m just me no bullshit I’m like all my rhymes but I have different moods so dont expect a movie expect a cat just like you unless your pussy cuz I’m a real motherfucker.

What kind of man are you on a personal level?

On a personal level I am a very secretive, ill minded, peeps everything, hustling, knowledgable, always striving, horny, fucked up in the head from childhood and society type of guy, no different than my music really but dont expect freddy unless you get out of line then I’ll turn Pesci on you

Your site is off the hook! I like it how you offer those free pics of chix. Also those girls on the site, damn…. Anyway, you into producing your own movies and music videos. Doing all these things, emceeing, production, playing musical instruments, record label, producing movies, that’s a lot of shit to be doing. How did that all start, coz you must have worked bloody hard to get these things off the ground?

Yeah I work mad hard cuz I have a drive to make shit happen and have people’s minds be amazed but as I look back at alot of things all I do is think of future projects and I how I can do better and how I wanna make more shit happen. I’m like a full fledge artist like a lot of people im just into more fucked up subjects. I like obscure shit but not so obscure thats its wack its hard to explain. I guess I change all the time I just do what I feel. I follow my brain and what my thoughts tell me and I make judgements.

Ever had a freestyle battle that turned ugly?

No cuz I dont really battle and get into all that trying to please a crowd shit I mean in 1994 I battled at the dmc thing and got booed off the stage for wearing a charles manson shirt. I was real young and didnt know better but I was on some gore shit so cats didnt get me and I had beef with Craig g cuz he dissed me and I beat him in a little battle on the radio thing but it wasnt face to face it was just some nas/jay z shit and really Craig g never came back with anything solid so he basically got shitted on. But I mean other than that I’m not too excited by the whole battle thing I’m more into making dope beats and songs. A lot of the greatest rappers of our time never really battled. I mean after the 80’s that is cuz I think cats knew that battling is not really something you can have a career off of and me knowing that and knowing that people only really respect the off the top battles. I figured it would be a waste of time so I never pursued it but I can I choose not to and I will crack some one in the face if they challenge me especially if they are a new jack herb they will stomped.

What do you think will be the illest necro collaboration?

hmmm I think circle of tyrants was good but um check it Necro, Ozzy Osbourne on the hook, G rap, Prodigy maybe, Goretex maybe, I don’t know man I can come up with a few Necro and James Brown would be sick Necro and Metallica and Ozzy maybe. I can come up with many. I mean Necro collaberating with alot of people would be sick cuz I think it would be some of those peoples best things and in turn would be some of my best things just the energy but I mean I would like to work with those people and alot more once they know who I am.

Have you toured europe yet?

No not yet

Yeah Coz I know that normally after being relatively successful in the States artists normally fly over to Europe and do shows in Germany, Denmark and the like. But man, you gotta come down to Africa. Heads are hungry for that underground stuff. What do you think of the possibility of performing in the murder and rape capitals of the world (cape town and johannesburg?).

I think that would be ill im down to go if someone books me it could be a good experience.

Can you tell us a bit about forthcoming movie and cd releases and when can we expect to see them available?

I will make a new cd available probably in june maybe Necro presents brutality part 1 a comp.

Where were you when this whole 9/11 thing happened?

I was in my house I saw it on tv when the second plane hit and it fucked me up for 3 weeks until things started moving along I was very sad and it bothered me and now it still does but the wounds have healed for most of the people that werent victims of it.

Will you be making a porn movie any time soon?

I will be opening up a porn site in 3 weeks online but as far as making them its easier to sell dope ones but to make em is a process and when I have money yes I will attemp to make em but to be really dope at it you have to make it your business like how I make music and there are some companies that make it a business and I will make money off of their business. All legally of course with my porn store.
