Battle and Party DJ, Chaps has created a new wonder with his unique style of beat juggling and smooth crisp scratches. Chaps’ talents have pushed him towards the forefront of live show performances and NYC’s nightclub scene. He is the premiere member of the DJ crew “12 INCH ASSASSINS”. Currently, Chaps is on tour with Talib Kweli and Pharoah Monch and has traveled domestically and worldwide. DJ Chaps has acquired a huge following in South Africa since his 2001 tour with Talib, Blackthought, Jeru, Dead Prez and Boots and thru his mix Hip-Hop and R&B CDs.
