Hiphocalypse Show – Syndication Deals with Unam & Zündfunk

Welcome back to what promises to be yet another semester of absolute Hiphocalypse magic. There are many things planned for this term on the Hiphocalypse. The Radio show is finally getting major international syndication deals going with German Public Radio and the University of Namibia (UNAM) Radio’s hip hop radio show “The Cypher“.

The Hiphocalypse will be airing 15 minute segments showcase the best in Namibian hip hop while the Cypher hosted by our man E Raze will air 15 minute segments of pre-recorded Hiphocalypse episodes showcasing the best in Mzansi hip hop. DOPE!!

As far as German Public Radio goes: Zündfunk – the youth radio format of Bayerischer Rundfunk (German Public Radio) will be airing an African Hip Hop Special edition of the Hiphocalypse tonight the 24th of August at 8pm central European (CET) time.

The programme will be hosted by Rob One and Mental Lyricist. The musical content will be according to The Hiphocalypse music programme aired on the 31st of July which was the hip hop special weekend, giving information on the following issues: Artists, DJs or projects relevant in the musical scene (of the Eastern Cape and surrounding areas) covered by the Hiphocalypse. Rob & Ment will be giving information on topics of conversation of our audience which range from the latest clubbing news to political discussions.

Tumi & the Volume,
Zubz and
Gidi Gidi Maji Maji.
