Jahzel‘s newest video, “Carefree,” will have you ready to kick your legs up and relax for the rest of the summer. Next week, on July 2nd, Jahzel will release his newest project, In Gods Image, a perfect summer album to vibe to as you ride around with your windows down. “I wanted to capture a chilled, relaxed, fun and youthful vibe,” he explains. The “Carefree” video recognizes different summer spots in Chicago that Jahzel spends time on a typical summer night.

Today The Smoking Section premiered the latest visual from Chi-Town rapper Jahzel, for the song “Chapters,” from his upcoming album In God’s Image, due out July 2.  The video, directed by Asa Davis, features Jahzel, surrounded by walls plastered with handwritten pages, thus giving a literal illustration for the concept behind the track.
