Jahzel‘s newest video, “Carefree,” will have you ready to kick your legs up and relax for the rest of the summer. Next week, on July 2nd, Jahzel will release his newest project, In Gods Image, a perfect summer album to vibe to as you ride around with your windows down. “I wanted to capture a chilled, relaxed, fun and youthful vibe,” he explains. The “Carefree” video recognizes different summer spots in Chicago that Jahzel spends time on a typical summer night.

The video premiered today by OkayPlayer, is the third release from In God’s Image, an album that primarily focuses on the trials and tribulations the Chicago rapper has faced. This song takes  a smooth turn from the rest of the album with the mission of showcasing a carefree attitude of no stress, just chilling and hanging out with friends. “I was inspired by the interactions of my friends when we’re just hanging out,” says Jahzel, “and I wanted to bring that to a visual.”
