It is that time again where SilvahKneedle has a new project that is about to hit our streets. The RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) is a seasonal prescription in a series of much needed nutrients under the title ‘SilvahKneedle Presents…’ offering the latest and freshest material from underground artists – be they seasoned Vets or New Jacks fresh out the cipher…

The Concept

In Volume 1, the Silvah-Doktors have decided that ‘Protein’ is the most badly needed nutrient in the system of most heads, to beef-up their mental vitality more than anything…

The Artists

To serve it up:

• Soulah System, a Vosloorus crew of four bringing the freshest recipes of gastronomic doom and destruction, and

• BaseMental Platform, seasoned chefs well versed in the culinary arts – cutting up beats, concepts and MC’s for the last 8 years.
