Harmony (Kim Basinger) is a cosmetic sales lady whose life is linked to Elvis Presley because she was born at one of his concerts. While faced with a crossroad in her life a few Elvis impersonators die on her journey. She also happens to meet a charming Ad executive who happens to have an Elvis suit in his car. Could he be next to be struck by a dire fate?
ELVIS HAS LEFT THE BUILDING is not a bad movie it could have been an excellent movie but borders on okay and could have been great. However it is filled with lot’s of funny cameos by famous actor’s and celebrities starring as Elvis impersonators and then dying very funny deaths. It may not be the best movie to spend money on at the cinema but weirdly enough it is definitely something worth catching on TV or possibly even getting the DVD and enjoying at your own leisure. If you like John Corbitt or Kim Basinger then ELVIS HAS LEFT THE BUILDING may just be the movie for you. If not then catch on TV or hire it when it hits the video stores.
