The first Saturday of August, the 5th, at the BAT CENTRE, in the hall, the LIFE CHECK crew in association with the 2ON2 Bboy squad (Switch and his posse from Joburg) are combining forces to throw Durban's biggest underground HipHop event for 2006. Four battles for Four elements. R20 registration fee lines you up for a shot at the main title, Durban champion and the accompanying prizes (with a chance to go to Cape Town for the SA HipHop Indaba as part of a Durban crew). R10 gets you in as a supporter. With performances and prizes as well as some straight real HipHop this Battle is a tribute to the real Durban HipHop heads keeping the movement in motion.
