Cape Town based Afrikaans Hip Hop group Kallitz (pronounce "Coloureds") will be live on stage at the Cape Town Festival this week.

They play the Night Vision stage on Friday, 21 March 2003 from 2 p.m.

Kallitz have recently played in Stellenbosch at the MFM Radio Pool Party, virtually bringing the house down.

They are with artist management company Mel.Vent Communications, who also manage KGB, whose debut album "The First Born" was nominated "Best Hip Hop Album of the Year".

Kallitz will be playing songs off their debut album, which will be released by Mothermix Records later this year. They also play in Paarl at Peter's Cellars on Thursday night, 20 March 2003, featuring in a line up with DJ's Toni Smith, J.B. and Gaiwin.
