The Pyramid holds a lot of locked secrets that we hope he will reveal in this exclusive interview. No this is not coming from the land of the Sphinx but from the land of the snow where ice hockey is big.

The 4th Pyramid what's up bro thanks for hooking up man I know you been mad busy and stuff hit us up about yourself whats makes you who you are?

Peace - I’m a producer/MC from Toronto and have been creating a buzz for myself as an independent artist over the past four years. I’m the grandson of a preacher and an army general.

Damn Canada bro a few years down the line I wouldn't have thought hip hop in the fucking snow what's been your inspiration?

My inspiration comes mainly from my desire to succeed in life and stay focused on the bigger picture as well as all the filthy bastards I’ve ever gotten the opportunity to do music with for teaching me new styles and approaches to my own respective crafts - thank you.

Man music is lovely don't you think so I can be chilling to the wallaby strut the one sec and just flip it to some Chuck Berry musically who do you feel now?

Right now I mainly listen to stuff that I’m working on in one shape or form. Other than that I’ve been bumping Snoop’s album for no apparent reason, as well as Def Jux shit and BrassMunk’s shit. I’m also listening to a lot of old dub reggae right now.

You been going a lot to New York working with C Rayz Walz whats the deal with yall cats?

C-Rayz Walz and I have formed a group together by the name of "The Angel & The Preacher" - full length album dropping soon - be on the lookout for C-Rayz Walz’s solo album "RaviPops" - I produced a crazy posse cut on there called "The Line Up" and got a verse up on this other banger called "Seal Killahs".

How profitable is it for you giving so much of your life to this hip hop shit can you live off it in Canada?

You know it ain’t ever easy but it’s getting progressively better with each day and the money will come so I don’t stress too much - I just maximize my situation no matter what.

Give us some names of cats (no not the flesh eating mammals) you collaborated with and who did you enjoy working with?

I’ve done a lot of really cool collabos working with talented artists such as: C-Rayz Walz, BrassMunk, DJ Mutamassik, Kamel Klutch, Richie Malevolence and more.

What would you define your style as I sense you come from a musical background?

No real musical background - my style is unpredictable and hard to tell.

It seems you very popular on the French scene how was your trip to France and where will you be embarking to next?

I’m planning on being there again real soon. My trip was a memorable and great time and was one of the realest things I ever did in my life... It was hot.

Ok releases is a very touchy issue when it comes to artist cos it takes alot of effort and commitment when can we expect some stuff from you?

Be on the lookout for my solo material to start creeping out in Fall-Winter 2003. Until then, be on the lookout for my work on RaviPops (Summer 2003) as well as the High Alert 12" I did with DJ Mutamassik (Fall 2003).

If people wanna hear some of your sounds any site they can download it from?

Check for new exclusives constantly being posted at http://www.4thPyramid.com

Thanks man for your time, effort and dedication to this hip hop shit any final skits before you bounce?

Peace to Egypt - Africa - and all of my people across the globe supporting what I’m doing. Thanks for the interview dog. PEACE!
