"Now & Then" has The Understudies speaking on hip-hop "now", and hip-hop "then". The laid back yet thumping beat from Frequency has the MC's giving their personal and unique spin on "old school versus new school". 6th Sense, being a young MC, rhymes how he wishes he could have been around during the old-school, while Mr. Tibbs tells his tale of growing up in the early golden years of hip-hop. With "Bananas", The Understudies team up with their Freshchest fam (Cunninlynguists, Oktober, Cashmere the Pro) as well as Tonedeff to create a memorable, marathon-style posse cut.
