A young woman from Whaleyville will be the hostess of a hip-hop music video show to be aired on a Los Angeles television station on Friday, April 1, and Friday, April 8. Lesley Bunting, 23, is the third winner of a new reality television music video countdown competition. SABC 2’s Pitstop screened a feature on Kallitz last week Wednesday, 18 August 2004, where viewers could win one of five CD’s of Kallitz’ debut album ‘Die Ding Ruk Mal’. The public response was overwhelming, with Pitstop receiving well over 2,000 SMS’s from viewers requesting the CD. ‘Pitstop’ rates this response “unusually high”, indicating a tremendous demand for Kallitz, and have decided to screen the music video ‘Die Ding Ruk Mal’ again tonight due to popular demand. ‘Pistop’ is on SABC 2 tonight at 18:00.
