Nice one. Does a lot. Like the video as well. Captures the "emile" persona, the culture is also well represented. I see you still tackling the tabloid issue ne. Also like the fact that by doing what you do you identify the cape flats as a cultural and historical landmark. I don't just mean that in the hip-hop context, but also from a political perspetcive.
Hip-hop is used by you as a tool of enlightenment, enrichment and character development. I think this is important not, just because it shows that hip-hop is important, but also because I've seen that it does make a difference to many people.
At a conference last year you said that you were worried that after the pioneers are gone, there'd be no one to carry on. I disagree. I think that you have already built a machine that now only needs the proper lubricant to ensure its continued operation. That lubricant is your army. Train your soldiers well lieutenant.
Think this album is gonna be a banger. Haven't read the website yet. When is the release date?

Peace all that support the work and performances I do. Special thanks to Lidet for hooking me up with a show at the African Hip Hop Conference that happened in Boston at Harvard University. Ineresting hooking up with other Africans. Im looking forward to next years event out in Dakar, Senegal. Also seeing everyone in Durban in June.
I will be attending the Verse event that Ill Skill will be performing at on the final Wednesday in March. I will do my Cape Town City Launch at the Cape Flats Uprising Event PART 1 at Zula in April 2008. I will also be MC at the Shu Up Just Dance event that is hosted at UCT on the 29th March, then Im at schools throughout April and May.
Keep me posted about any community gigs that we can do some b-boy show at.

Apologies as I was too jetlaged to attend the Ill Skill show at verses, but will try to get them, Isaac Mutant and Driemanskapp on the bill for Saturday at Shut Up Just Dance at UCT and Sunday at the concert in Swartklip Rec Centre outdoor concert with Zola, Manhattans, etc. 10 - 12 the morning.
