i remember u sayin u just started with the app last year in durban (at tha red bull ish)...
@ruth yeah iv had it for a year or so....really relly complicated interface. i just get annoyed...

My personal choice when putting down ideas.
I usually do complete Compositions using Live 7 or rewire it to prominent Hi-Fidelity daws when suited.
It is monstrous when it pertains to on the fly mpc like production... hands down..

i make alot of drum and ba** with it, rewire with reason and its all i need!

first track up there is made with an old sampler and ableton....the only character in that track that is ableton specific is a little glitch fx i did on the drum audio when the mc whispers...but i use that stuff alot in experimental stuff, its good for twisting audio up and changing sounds up with time stretch algorythms instead of using plugins...!
its cheap too, well not as expensive as reason and cubase, specially if u look into the educational discount prices are awesome!!!

oh...and its great for live stuff, the next track ima post on my myspaz is a deep hiphop track, i play it all live in one take on the mpd, ableton is just so easy like that!!
ill let u know when its up...i need to borrow a mic to do the rap!

infact man, dont go, cause its not even a great example showing you how live works, its just a sick track i made using live, as i said, i got another one on the way that will show u more or less...will prob do a video for it rather...without the vox...tmrw, on my b-day, ill bust a nut for ya dude :)
