I have previously used Acid 6.0 for tha purpose of editing but nw i sequence most of my stuff on it.I hav however found tha drum layering to b out of sync at most tymes when it cums to layering 'One Shots'.The usin of drums loops works bt thats nt hw i wanna roll.Does anyone use Acid for tha particular use?Can anyone giv valauable advice?Any process I missed.
Trade Secrects anyone?

well basically the problem with 'one shot' is that it uses the sounds original bpm's... so if u try and layer 2 different sounds in one shot mode it will be very difficult to time them correctly...
I also use acid 6, but i use a vsti drum machine to take care of the problem...

hmmm i hope i'm not missunderstanding your problem. But from your discription, the only thing that would make sense, is your "snap" tool being on or off. If your sound is perfectly cut, and the snap tool is enabled, it should fit perfectly in line.

@RUTHLESS 4giv me for my ignorance bt how does the vsti drum machine work.I use vsti bt havnt used drum ones.Is it a plug in with real time sync?Can u just break down tha whole process
And how wud i get my hands on it?download or buy.coz i downloaded most of tha vsti i have as lame as they are.

@Nyambz ait will try experiment with that 2nyt.Bt I think it was enabled all this tym.Do u actually lay all your drum work on Acid, Nyambz?

yeah it works as a plugin in acid and u can use it as a standalone...
it sort of works like the main fruity loops sequencer, where u load in ur samples and play them live while u edit them as u please...
Just search on google for a vsti drum machine and see what u get...

oh shuks hav heard of this from catts.had no idea it was a vsti drum machine.nd probably one of da best ryt?cnt download at work.will chek it out tonyt.
