Like I've said before, I'm not a big movie buff, but here's ten of mine.

The Pianist
American Psycho
In the name of the Father
Clerks
Schindler's List
American History X
Lord of the rings (all three)
Dogma
What's eating Gilbert Grape
Braveheart (despite the historic screw ups and bullshit love story)

Stomp the Yard
...

The thread is called "Top 50 Movies Of All Time". Where is the sense in these being on the list?
No matter how you look at it, you can't justify these even being on the top 50 of the last decade, unless you're on drugs.

The ones highlighted above are mad nice movies and I forgot to mention 'em in the list. The problem with Green Street Elite/Hooligans is that the dude who plays opposite Elijah Wood has the phoniest and most unconvincing Cockney accent ever heard on screen. Sounds like an Aussie trying to sound British. Here are some other all-time great joints:

Cop Story (Jackie Chan)
The Great Debaters
Flight Of The Navigator
The Accused
There Will Be Blood
Sarafina
Inside Man (Chiwetel Ejiofor mercs Denzel in this joint)
The Crying Game (Vintage Forest Whitaker)
Gangs Of New York
Hijack Stories
Ferris Bueller's Day Off (Maybe the greatest movie of all time)
The Unforgiven
Silverado (Danny Glover and Scott Glenn)
Wall Street (Michael Douglas "....greed is good")
The Fight Club
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels? (Vinnie Jones  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D)
Sin City
GrindHouse (Roberto Rodriguez)
Titanic (Cheesy and mad sugary but still epic)
Cry The Beloved Country
Paid In Full (Cam'ron's "Rico" steals the show)
Runaway Jury
Casino Royale (Jimmy Bond at his most grimiest level-cla**ic)
Tin Cup
Jerusalema (Rapulana killing it again)
Back To The Future l
The Last Samurai
8 Mile (Surprisingly well acted, real grimy, underground fell to it)
Internal Affairs (Andy Garcia)
King Kong (Circa 2005)
Heist
The Bank Job
In The Pursuit Of Happiness
Raging Bull (Cla**ic Deniro shit)
Football Factory
Mo' Better Blues (Denzel in his element)
Why Did I Get Married
American History X (Ed Norton "......that's nigger bullshit")
Beverley Hills Cop l
The Hustler (Paul Newman cla**ic)
Wyatt Earp (Kevin Costner and Val Kilmer as "Doc Holliday")
Silence Of The Lambs
Scarface (".....say hello to my little friend!")
Being John Malkovich
Goodfellas (Ray Liotta kills this joint)
Beowulf (Epic-a** joint)
The Last King Of Scotland (Forest acting his a** off)
Color Of Money (another one for the ages)
In The Line of Duty (Clint Eastwood)
Ali (Will Smith was 'bout as real as it gets in this joint)
Casino
American Pie l (The StifMeister; one of the funniest characters ever)
Serpico (Pacino cla**ic)
The Sting
Remember The Titans (like Legends Of The Fall it had me in tears)
Ladder 49
American Beauty (Kevin Spacey's spaghetti-armed cla**ic)
One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest
Enemy At The Gates
Sleepers
The Year Of Living Dangerously
Mad Max (this joint launched Mel Gibson's career)
A Fistful Of Dollars
Mighty Joe Young (Circa 1934)
Shindler's List (leaves you cold literally)
Dead Poets Society
The Last Mohican
Sea Of Love
