Title: Greatest Kung-Fu Movie u ever watched
Post by: GudEar on November 30, 2009, 10:22:20 AM
This thread is basically for help us dig old kung-fu movies.....and you can recommend movies u know as well

Me I love some Kung-Fu flicks....I still dig those old Kung-Fu movies,
The best kung-fu movie I ever watch is Fearless Hyena by Jackie Chan....He choreograph and directed the movie himself...

The fights in Fearless Hyena...were truly amazing...unique style

I mean Jackie Chan was also a stunt man for Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon....he's very good in playing Kung-Fu

Head about the Iron Monkey...wanna get that too. I don't really like those flying kung-fu flicks.....Like Jet Lee in Once Upon A Time in China..when he performed his Shadowless Kick...they put a stuntman and ropes to do those moves...its not really him.

But with Jackie Chan....every move, he performs it himself......even Bruce Lee...he had stuntman...so the point I'm trying to make is that most of these guys are not tru martal artists...they actors

Pretty much every Wu Tang(the rappers and affiliates) album title!

with that said any one else get a "whoa" moment when watching a kung fu flick and you hear a sample in a wu track!

I can't remmeber the flick or line..but I was watching the movie for the first time then a scene
like "People said his mind was infected by devils"
and i finished off the line and proceeded to enjoy the flick twice as much as I would have!

On the low, low budget kung fu flicks (Bop TV) I sometimes wondered if it wasnt the same guy switching his voice a little bit here and there, reciting everyones lines. I wouldnt put it past them!
