zip, rar..its oll the same dude. WinRar can actually open both formats..

They don't have an exclusively hip hop show & as far as I can remember have not had one since the rap activity jam. The Joint Remixed is the closest thing we get.  

Shame really coz clearly there is a need to service this niche :(

Wordsworth killed everybody on that freestyle session man. Cats were biting their tounges and shyt, he was just ever-flowing. Kaptain held it down hard though. Maggz was aight. But damn wordsworth was too ill.I wish somebody could upload that shyt for ya'll to hear. Dope session overall.

Lee wanted Kaptain and Wordsworth to battle but they declined and just kicked flows back and forth. Shyt was lovely man.

eyo guys i also listened to the show on y, twas too dope, im mad i couldnt make it 2 da ba**line, but i was still dissapointed with maggz, ive boy freestyle he can be ill, i guess he was just shook up or something, but the 16 that he kicked was mad crazy, i say wordsworth was too sick, even when they asked him to spit the sickest verse he ever wrote he still went on to freestyle, like how sick is that?
