Brain freeze does suck. The experience is kinda like when you are crossing a road and get the shit shocked out of you by an unseen car. You just stand there and cant do anything with yourself. Thats what brain freeze is like to me.

But once that sensation is gone, its back to the slushie!!!

I've also never been a fan of oxtail.

Give some chicken or smoked pork or smoked anything.

I slow-roasted a chicken that was marinated in peri-peri for two days, this weekend. Shit was delicious and juicy. Had it with spinach and shrooms and feta and some vichy carrots.

I wish SA had its own version of Master Chef. I think I would win that shit.

seriously clover yoghurt sucks,they should stick to selling milk. nutriday would be my alternative if parmalat f***ed up.
