Title: Little Dragon or Talib Kweli
Post by: K'niep Tang on August 23, 2012, 09:58:03 AM: This one is for my joburg heads. Where do you fancy yourself to be on the 1st September? OT for the Talib show or Old Biscuit Mill for the Little Dragon show? I'm leaning towards Little Dragon.

Okay, the Talib and Little Dragon performances in Jozi are on the same night. Got my venues messed up. Little Dragon website says MOAD as the veue for Jozi.

It's a Sprite emcee competition that's been running for a few months and there's 6 finalists so other than Talib and hs band I think that's who will be performing that night. Personally Im not such a big Talib fan anymore. Apart from a few joints here and there dude lost my ear after parting ways with HiTek then. I heard they had a reunion of sorts but I couldnt be bothered.

I enjoyed the show. His live band is cool - the drummer is dope - and he really went out there to give a performance.

Little Dragon gave a free show at Chaf Pozi in Soweto on Sunday though and that was OFF THE CHAIN!!!
