Now lets not get ahead of ourselves, you could get a car in working condition but not concourse, upholstery, and general intrior trim is always gonna be a problem, but I have seen one for 88 000 at a cla**ic car show two years ago. There was this old engineer I used to buy parts from for the Karmann Ghia I was restorin who had two, hardtop and convertible, he sold the convertible in mint for 130 000, but he told me of a guy who had one which needed minimal work for bout 90 000.
Parts are gonna be a bitch from hell tho.
But yes you can get one from an old person for ok lets say 100 000, like guys who restore themselves, the big name dealers seriously overcharge. I dont know of any available right this minute but I can check wit sum folks to see if anybody's gonna die, cos thats generally when they become available, post-funeral auctions.
