Anyway any of you computer game geeks wanna participate in this one...
"Whos your fave video game character?" - I mean who you think could kick any character's a**?!!
My allstars are as follows:
1) M.Bison from Streetfighter II - Can't nobody f with the original "Boss of Bosses"
2) Takuma from Art of Fighting II - This Bally could kick SERIOUS butt
3) Dalsim from Streetfighter II - Can't nobody mess with stretch & tht Yoga Flame ish!
4) Hworang (sp) from Tekken 3 - New school playah got some handles + those kicks are AWESOME!
5) Noob Saibot from Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 - The Shadow with everones best moves

Lei Wulong - Tekkens multi style king, the reason for 77 straight victories against 12 opponents.
Paul Pheonix - Its all about the power. Tekken for the ignant niggaz.
Mitsurugi - Straight up samurai nastiness. Soul Calibur
Kilik - He carries a big stick. Soul Calibur
Jann Lee - Dead or Alive. WEYAAAHHH!!!!!!

Might wanna check yo references T8 my good fellow.... Ryu, the original Ryu, the default character in Street Fighter 1, thats 1988 man, Samurai Shodown 2 was released in 1995. I know you rushin 2wards yo pension and all, but for most of us pre-arthritis cats thats pretty old skool.

This cat be calling me gramps coz I was into the old skool fighting games? Cmon man I've tried to remain current with it played Tekken 5 the other day but didnt get the joy that MK1 brought to me when I pulled of my 1st fatality.. 8)

I aint got nothin against old skool games man, thats where I cut my teeth, but yo implication was that I be "Johnny-cum-lately" cos Most of my fave characters were from Tekken 2 era onward.
I luv the old games, but i cant get trapped in the past, I play for a challenge and while I still go to the arcade for the thrill that cums from playin World Heroes or Street Fighter 2, I can do a lot more in Dead or Alive Ultimate or Soul Calibur 2 or Tekken 5 (quite a nice game I must say). I like to stay current.
Just for the record, I never really liked MK, I found it stiff and wooden, I like fluidity.

My first ever favourite 'character' was that white pixelated strip in ping pong.... u know where u move those strips up n down... to make sure the pixel dont hit your side...
Then of course there was that cool a** motherfsckr in 'Pitfall' ... back in the days of the original Atari.... with the joystick and the single red button. Man jumpin over crockodiles and hanging onto balloons n shit...

I started in the arcade sun, but the genesis version, I think it was Double Dragon 3: The Rosetta Stone. Tite shit, i luved that ol skool two player a** kick action. :twisted:

Whatchu all know about running Street Fighter on GOLDEN CHINA 8bit, with the 4 in 1 cartridges.
I be the DJ Kool Herc of this isht. Golden China biyatch No blood spilling painfully simple white *boof boof* impact effects 4 button control mutliple secret move combinations with the near 2 dimensional graphics.
Y'all can't be claiming old school. That's like a DJ Premiere challenger coming in with virtual turntable -the demo version with 3mins playing time before you have to buy the OG isht to get that proper playt time to even begin the process
Anyway @Sensai have you added to Sony's historic 3 day 500 000 sales of the new portable PS2 ala Game Gear ressurected but bigger & badder?

Hwang, soul calibur fighter.He's my main man.Thanx to him I got to defeat Inferno a number of times.
Cant remember my fav fighter on Dead or Alive, and DOA2, but that game rocks any which way.Soul Calibur 2 even better, its said.Well not too sure though.
Miss them Contra boys.Them low budget 8-bit dudes rocked.

iTS OFFICIAL, I'm gonna hafta organise an AG Festival of AZZKIKIN!
A week long tournament of the top fighting games, any AGer wan enter, we gon Do the Tekken 3&4, Dead or Alive 2, Streetfighter EX Ultra, King of Fighters 2003, Samurai Shodown 2 and Virtua Fighter 4. And Soul Calibur 2.
You get one chance it is quick elimination, the winner in each "school" gets prize, I already got a venue set up here in CPT, Wreck Creation they got seven PS2's and all the games, they got a bar and they luv tourneys, if you're a bettin man/lady that can happen too.
Sorry cats I can only do the 1st leg in Cape Town, is anyone intersted?

Contra has gotta count man.I loved that game.Anyways, I'm liking that tournament idea.I may be disqualified early on cause I am no real taction when it comes to fighting games.Sports games maybe, but not fighting ones.With them games I am cla**ified a button pusher.I say "who cares" cause if I still come out tops, whats the taunts worth then?
Must admit, I never could and still cant do them special moves on SF or MK (any part).Just how it goes. :oops:
