To my deepest regrets I have decided to cut my visits to AfricasHateway
and exit from the posting-opinions-world.  There seems to be talks about banning me and what -what so I'm doing you all a favour and I'm writing my white a** off from this site.  During my time I've been here I've decided not to sugarcoat any opinions I had, say shit how I see it - and man, I dont know, even if you dont mean certain things, some o these mof***az make it look like you meant it and in the end guess who's the doos?
How many opportunities for advancing into the music world has been jeopordised for not standing down and giving an honest meaning on how you observe the shit being discussed.  How many of you Hateway travellers see me as a racist? Not knowing, that this whole site has a racial stench attached to it that I dont want to be part of - so ja, let me know when I can come and catch the next anthology about how f***ed up white people are, oh I just hope the "mods" don't delete it before I can read it, but why would they?
DPlanet, thanks for all the help concerning this site - there were times when I needed help and you were always the first to help.
Brick, thanks for all your bullshit posts that are so damn interesting that one has to read it all to appreciate the shit you think of!
MaddStone, thanks for mentioning my name in certain posts, and representing Paarl HipHop in your own way.
Roze, girl, I know you hate me and all but come on - you know I aint got nothin but love for females! Thanks for sharing the feminine views regarding certain topics, and your honesty.
Milk, thanks for being so helpful as well, but please, man, that Avatar blows a high mind - that's some freak shit, man!
As for A-hateway in a whole - here's really some sinister shit goin on amongst everyone here, and even a site as fun and informing as this one will never be able to get rid of this racial prejudice kak. Great experience man... :wink:

The whole show did not have that huge negative effect or outcome - man, I wont be surprised if the show turned out a moerse success - knowing that the crew members were from Slew Dem, but anyway, I just wanted to thank you guys for having Terror performing at the show, for this gave us the chance to squash our beef (kind of) and that changes a lot of things for me, so thanks.  
Anyway, but now, hopefully, this onderlangse getjommie tjommie kak in the game will stop, seeing the fact that there are no more sides to choose - everyone is happy clappy, and the beef has been fed to the dogs.

I still dont feel the dudes music, just because we cool dont mean we gotta be best friends n shit - but that tension kak wont be present at the next beat.

In connection with the "show" on Saturday in Chicago:
I would like to apologise for acting like a dick and sommer walking out before performing.  GMax, I know you'll understand - things just werent as I (and some of the other cats) thought it would be.
First off:
None of the MCs I know were informed that this was more of an audition than a show - I thought we was there to entertain people from Chigago, instead, the artists seemed to be performing for the other artists waiting to perform and at the same time have people judging character and deciding who the best MC is for "Fire in The Mountain" or whatever...
Expecting conscious tracks from all the MCs was out of line, well, simply because none of them knew they had to perform cuss-free tracks in order to qualify.  Now, imagine the situation - you want to be one of the MCs selected - but you only brought backtracks to some hardcore shit you recorded - there's no way to qualify - is there?
I left the place coz everything was out of order and not organised.(no offense) Plus, the f***ed up remarks from other MCs started workin on my nerves - callin me a commercial cat and "you've lost your underground roots" etc.  why cant co-Mcs just be happy for shit you achieve? WHy should homies always demonstrate hate?
But one positive thing is this - at least GMax and the people involved make shit like this happen - other cats just talk - so yeah, I know the weather was against y'all and all - but dude, I dont think you can switch venues an half an hour before the show starts!  Come to think of it, I'm not even sure if this show was in Chicago or not... anyway, I tried to tell you guys I ddnt want to perform ( after treating the MCs like school kids listening to the rules of the show ) but you guys insisted and put my name on the list - so before you think I'm a big doos just remember that every artist has certain standards - and I dont really get a kick out of hanging around at a show (waiting for the sound to arrive!) and eating up all the political kak these dudes throw at me.  I cant be at a conscious MC try out, cause yo, I'm not into that conscious shit - so I left...
Nothing personal - but the lack of order and hunger for control over the artists were the main things that shoved the artists away, next time inform us exactly what you want from us - shit, as far as I can remember, I wasnt even supposed to be there, so no hard feelings. :twisted:

Being a supporter of Local HipHop ONLY - I came upon a lot of Afrikaans geniuses and on top of them all I placed Isaac, but that's untill I heard shit from Kamalie - ja**us, die broe spit tight shit.  I placed Kamalie up there with Isaac on the highest storey of the HipHop Skyscraper, simply because this dude's style is masterminded and insane.  NO ONE and I repeat NO ONE can spit as effectively as Kamalie without even using one single swear word...

Shit like

Sure, you can't save FL6 beats in "Demo Mode" (after the key expires...) but hey, you can export them to wav. files (pattern for pattern) and open them up in Acid and save it there!

Producers - Discussion / Tips on Voice effects for beginner Acid dudes

after recording click on the FX shani on the recorded voice sample track to your left, brah!

Pitch Shift - Go into the saved acid presets for Pitch Shift and select "fifth down" or "third down" also tick the "preserve duration" block below that shit.  Voila! You have the demon voice effect!
Go into the saved acid presets for Pitch Shift and select "fifth up" or "third up". Also tick off the "add anti - alias filter" and "preserve duration" blocks below that shit.  Voila! You have the chipmunk voice effect.
Resonant Filter - Go into the saved presets again and select the saved  "late teenage radio by bed" preset.  Voila! You have the telephone voice effect!
Simple Delay - Go into the saved presets for SD and select the saved preset "echo Chamber" or "Grand Canyon" for a more stretched out effect. Voila! You have echo's! (Remember! Duplicate the track in which you want echos, cut all unneccessary areas that do not need echos off the duplication and keep the words/sounds that require echos. Voila! oh yeah, I already said that...
Reverb - Reverb gives it that R&B effect, you know, like how it sounds when you sing in a bathroom while you piss, that smoothing effect.  Play around by yourself on this one I'm tired of typing...
