Wats good cuzins... lemme just jump straight into it. Lest say you are not just making beats for fun anymore and you have elevated from beyond the bedroom emcee stage to now doing ish proper...
So ur hand to eye coordination aint really fast enuff for u to hit the keyboard notes at the precise time you want to, however u heard a snippet of some old 70s soul track u just chopped up and voila u gooi into ur reason4 and add a drumline, a ba**line, a bridge, a hook, and more elements to it... However a major element of the beat is still some1 elses creative art... so now u want to get permission or CLEAR the sample...
does anybody out there know how to go about this process?
