I think that it works to your advantage if you really reinvent the sample when you make a beat. cause dudes who dont know will say you bit when its just the same sample.

I'll send you two beats as soon as I can. Send me sum of your stuff too, I'm sure I'll learn something.

After much consideration, I have decided that I am going to stick with Acid 04. I'll just get some vst's and get some plug ins for effects. Reason is nice but Acid has been too good to me for me to let her go.

Thanks you were very helpful. I feel what you're saying about jacking samples. I want to start playing the music in my head , rather than changing up someone elses stuff.

One more Question about reason.

How do you render each track seperately, lets say you want to mix the song down  in Cubase.

To awnser yor rewire Q:

Open Acid first, then Reason this puts Reason into rewire slave mode. Create a mixer in reason.
In acid insert Midi track. Next to the name of the Midi track theres this icon,  left click it , then choose the insert sof sythn option. a window should open up. In this new window theres an option where you can choose rewire devices, click on that then choose the Reason Mixer option.

Now you can go to Reason and choose the NN19, For example, then after that go back to Acid Click that little icon I told you about earlier and there voila the NN19 will be there as an option.

What this does is it makes Reason a sound module. You can choose your instruments and ad effects to them in Reason , while you sequence your stuff in Acid. It is  preferable to do this with two screens though.

I dont do this anymore though, I am trying to work in Reason Full time. I just need to figure out how to chop samples in there.
