ye man its real hard to be eating all this healthy food n not drinkin when peeps around you is doing it.   He gonnna have to make big changes, would be good if his people do the same man dibeties is too big in South Africa, my family been affected in a big way....

london is crazy expensive. i changed R1,000 at the airport and got just over £50 back which was gone in half a day. a pint of beer is about R50. a oyster card costs about R350 for 7 days - that let's you get on the buses and tubes (buses run every 15 minutes all night so need for taxis ever). and then there's the real killer - accommodation. the cheapest rat hole will cost about R400 a night (breakfast not included).

you can get by on about R150 a day for food, but don't expect much for that.

seeing as my other thread about my reuinion with Amstel dissaperaed I figured you know today I got time to write so.

There I am day dreaming about there-union with my beloved amstel..fine Cans are not my container of choice..but I guess Amstel fiends can't be chosers...nuwepussy and Child tell me you have reunited with amstel and explained to her that you have needs hence you exploring your option with that yukky slut Amstel Gold?

anyway I was my mouth yesterday...if you thought the Old Amstel was something to write home about..the new one is just..*sigh*

anyway I was day dreaming...when these two ladies where speaking and hurting my ears....they talking about the ONLY thing broads speak about FOOD... :x

First you must understand the Office I work in has 1black person..thats I the other 30 are Afrikaneers so you can imagine what its like...I speak to no-one I coz I have made it clear that I refuse to utter a word of it.

I was called in for a meeting where I was told that other colleagues are complaining that I am not fitting as I refuse to speak Afrikaans my boss told me to try and be nice and I told dude there is no way you will make speak that language..if it means leaving this job so be it.

So I am the hardheaded k******...

being that I am the only black they .. brb

I have used cocaine - more than once. Last time was on holiday in Uruguay and Brasil last year - have to admit that their quality of coke is better than that we find on the South African streets.

For me I just know this isht is wrong and can be stopped....

Im not looking that deep into it.... I just know these men, women and children are being raped starved and murdered and nobody doing fk all about it.....

I heard 100 000 peeps have died in Iraq since America invaded.. this isht is on tv daily in the west.....  
 

400 000 peeps in Sudan have been murdered...   not a thing even said about it......
