The following web-page has just confirmed my view, that Primo can´t be touched. He truly has inspired me to make great music.

This web-page has a number of hip-hop songs and old tracks they sampled. Most of the stuff is straight jacked up, like the RZA´s C.R.E.A.M and Eminem´s "My name is". I used to have respect for DRE and RZA but after peeping this i don´t know anymore. But check out Primo´s shit, it´s unbelievable, especially how he chopped up that "You know my Steez" sample. Simply Incredible.

I used to just loop up shit as well, but now i am f***in inspired.
Primo is the GOAT.

if you have kazaa or soulseek search for DJ Muro - King of digging volume 1. its nice to hear all the original tracks.

PeanutbutterWolf put out a cd full of soul tracks too, but i dont know which hiphop beats used them. maybe he (PBW) did ?? anway its stiil nice.

NO Question Primo is the greatest producer of all time but he´s not the best right now!! Hes reached a level where there can be no more vertical improvement, just horizontal! he´ll give u a new sound but at the same standard.

I had a friend who worked @ D&D who hooked me up with Premier and Alchemist sample kits, so i have a few of the sounds Primo used on the Ownerz, its amazing how made sumthin of the most simple sounds!! Primo is by far the most consitent producer out there.
