its roots lie in CPT but I saw it on the menu at this joint in the foodcourt at The Gateway centre in Durbs late last year...
My personal favrite... Chicken perinaise full house from The Dish... chips chees, eggs, chips peri-naise (peri-peri mayo DUH), a few slices tomato and DAMN so sloppy but so good!!!!!!!!!
