Family Guy in SA

When reading about the cartoon, Family Guy on the Wikipedia site,
it listed the countries that have banned the cartoon and South Africa
was listed!

Is there some type of political reason why the cartoon is banned
from the country??

damn thats a strange one! pretty pointless tho, coz iv got all the seasons except the last one and iv been distributin that ish like the plague! Killa cartoon!
I find south park a lot more crude and offensive but it isnt band here... strange i wonder why?

Yeah, I like South Park, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and Family Guy. Those are the best cartoon comedies right now. The Simpson have lost their humor for the last 5 years and I haven't been watching them since. It's been on for almost 20 years so I wouldn't mind if Fox took The Simpsons off.

That wasn't Family Guy, that was American Dad, another cartoon made by the creator of Family Guy. American Dad is ok, just give it a few more
years and it'll be better.

I remember when Family Guy came out, most people hated it because it was a rip off of the Simpsons. It was, but now the Simpsons suck!

family guy is my fav toon of all time!!!
i thought the tightest one is wen the dog gets hooked on blow and gets sent to rehab... the toons got delivery and punchlines wat more do you want? f*** the banned it only banned cuz its for stoners!

simpsons suck pussified pyles...but Mr Burns still holds it down. next best thing to happen is for Bart to stick a shank in Milhaus's neck- as a follow up to him having been incarcerated- loved the Oz tune effect on that episode.

anybody down for formal advocacy for the unbanning of family guy...its about the got'damn principality! seriously though? we could start right here, and we could pick up heavy momentum very quickly...I know enough stoners and dirty hippies to stank up the gub'ment offices with unequivocal pragmatism...well smoke 'em out of their holes...

On imdb.com if you type Family Guy, it also has South Africa listed as one of the countries that banned the cartoon.
