Who's copped this already? I think the CD is the dopest I've heard since volume one, big ups to whoever compiled the bloody thing. Goodness, and that Tab the Tayper (sp) dude, sickness!!!

Only thing is now that it seems I'm paying for the CD, with the mag coming as a freebie. Damn magazine is getting way too expensive.

Yeah I got the mag, Anyway I wanted to know what was the sudden price hike? okey so it is only 4 rand, but such a jump from R14.95 to R18.95? Correct me if I am wrong but the mag is still the same amout of pages as the last issue!

It's a good one Mizi, and predictably Proverb got the cover. The new direction that Hype has taken must be pleasin a lot of the middle cla** college kids and white boys here on AG. Go to any hood, and real dudes will tell u that Proverb is cheese, but that don't matter to Hype cause he can put grammar together, and BORROW from the most obvious sources. 3wr is doin big things I see, collaboratin wit Wu .

Pleasing everybody is an impossible feat. There is'nt a single artist that Mizi can put on the cover that will receive unanimous backing. Rather than always looking at the negative aspects, i think we should start looking at the positives coz the mag will get better with each addition. Mizi is the most open minded individual i know. He exhibits amazing character as a producer, editor and more importantly as a human being.

Crews like 3WR have made amazing moves, and are incredible ambasadors for South African and African Hiphop as a whole. And their time will come. Same goes for anyone who's really putting in a lot of time and effort into perfecting their material.

Agreed. Well said, Nyambo. Proverb's latest is the dog's bollocks and large raspberry to anyone who thinks he is cheese.

I have my beefs with the latest edition, but Mizi and co. are taking it in a fresh direction and coming up with some stunning ideas.
