yeah, i think it´s safe to say he´s probably still sleeping.  he didn´t sleep at all on the plane.  he checked into his hotel around 5pm or so our time (3 am or so your time?), and i imagine he fell asleep soon after that.  he arrived in good spirits, but he was obviously really tired.  (truth be told, i would have been more tired and a real grump;  he was awfully good-natured after such a long trip being stuck in seats too small for him, etc.) his first excursions in the bay area:  i took him to a chinese grocery and a southern mexican restaurant.  oh, that and stanford, where i made him sign a bunch of papers.  poor guy. (hey, rushay, found out i need you to sign one more -- for real!)

oh, and rushay did bring some SA hip hop.  i am listening to Unauthorised Entry right now as a matter of fact.  great stuff! :-]

peace to rugged. betta spread tha word on sa hip hop, how we lack creativity and choose to dwell in what is fathomed to be the afro-american dream. like in that roots video - what they do. and also how some cats actually pull through in times of brightness and save our ears from that bullshit e.g. 5th floor, bux, cashless, con kamp, groundworks, thabs, constructus (notice how i mention cats that have something worth saying and avoid regurgetation)
