spock to krock and he says kap is still in a coma but is stable he is going to cape town to see kap , kaps family flew in on saturday night ,
we all need to keep kap in our thoughts and prayers.

ye man its real hard to be eating all this healthy food n not drinkin when peeps around you is doing it. He gonnna have to make big changes, would be good if his people do the same man dibeties is too big in South Africa, my family been affected in a big way....
