As 4 Jay-z, he justified himself, he trynna uplift his brethren by 'bitting' other cats' lines. Mcs are writers, only difference between them and other world renowned writers is dat, they won't give u a reference page/bibliography at the end of the rhyme. As 4 Pro, he mad ill on the punchlines, he makes Lil' Wayne's ish sound like Barney wrote it.
I dig Pro's line on the B.A.B mixtape; "I came from under like shorties on top"....Then there's Wayne with his baby gaga lines, "I get mo brain than skull"/

I do not think biting is a very big deal if you know how to twist that ish up. For me the concepts matter more. If you ish revolves around the same issue/concept, especially, which has been highlighted before, with a similar angle of approach, then you can come join the cooporate world.

referncing is one thin, rappers say for e.g " like my man says or putting a name where it originates from is referencing. A concept on the other end can be similar but using the mans lines is a sign of weakness and being a terrible groupy.

Im starting to think we've all been mislead. Check what a coincidant it is that Papoose came out after Big L dies, what would L been like if Poose came out while he was still alive, the fact that they sound alike would make it hard to for the young nigga to prosper.
