in my case it wud be THE BIGGEST GAINER lol.
I picked up like 10 kg's, im sittin on 75kg of lean muscle right now.
My six pack is starting to show,thanks to the CARDIO.

I'll up a NOW and AFTER pic,shit, i didnt think id have advanced so fast,so i procrastinated on the BEFORE pic! lol.

But if u go to Facebook now (Dem Crackboys Fan Club) and see the Making of the video, u'll get an idea of the shape im in.

But im still halfway there.lol.
