Eish, that was a tough battle neh... I'd say Kritik's  was the better synced out of all of them...Y'all laced some dope beats for the accapella but most were off... Now that we recognise that syncing is a problem, how about somebody who got the knowledge on the issue give us a how-to tutorial?

Well each bar = 2snares right ? So your lines got to end on a SNARE HIT.
half a bar -> SNARE, half a bar -> SNARE
