Some Bessie Head maybe...

also check out Drum short stories by Nat Nakasa, Casey Motsitsi, Can Themba, Henry Nxumalo etc. these cats pioneered what they refer to as Narrative Journalism these days.
Going home by Simao Kikamba- story touches on the topics of xenophobia and displacement.
