As we just past the 08 era...we came into a year that for some is filled with a whole lot of promises and wealth, some disappointments, etc.

As a musician, producer, indie-label co-owner, music lover, etc... I tend to indulge in shopping and of course, sometime BOOTLEG. But to add to the latter, I believe in buying proudly SA material if its worth my buck tho....

Anyway... I was wondering if yo'll can help out by listing material that will be released in this year, can be mixtapes, albums, EP's, what have you...

I heard Neon is getting married too, and the tracklist is increasing to 100...therefore the album might drop in 2010 after the world cup!!!

Thats the same list I had...but more interesting is that N'veigh is doing he's thing now and might be exciting to hear conceptual album on a solo tip... cant wait...[so excited]

It's coming sooner than you think.THE FEDERATION - HARDCORE STYLES FOR STREET RAP PRESERVATION. WORD.

Album is now on 48 tracks, that's including skits,intro,outros, hopefully a couple of short instrumentals,etc,etc. My push it to 50 joints.
About 6-7 tracks left now plus some re-recording here and there then it's out.Hopefully we should be done pretty soon.

Did a lovely track with Ms. Blakhroze yesterday,busy mixing that now.

eish.... PRESSURE PRESSURE... I think everyone or most were building anticipation around their albums.... but all I can say is there will be many surprises as most of the studio stuff I heard is not just banging but cla**ically taking it to another level.

Cap city is taking over yet again.... YOU CANT SAY ITS BACK... CUZ IT NEVER LEFT!!!

When is he releasing the album? Saw him on shizniz with a copy but it seems like its the only copy out there, nothing in stores...!

So damn true...especially in Cap City... its like the fund reservoir dried up quickly, but again studio costs rose and WE all cant manage to release those gems as we wanted to release it without even inviting eligible investors to a**ist.

For what its worth, JHB cats do it better, they somehow gang up to invest in a project, build up a street team to market it and make more noise than anything.

Truth be told, WE here are to modest and proud to even want or ask for a**istance when we need it. BUT thats about to change as ppl are joining forces and material being prepared to uplift the City....

What about Dj's who'll be releasing stuff...??? Paper-cut? C-Live???

yo...check this out...im all about enriching my peeps and especially AG...since i found this site iv grown...some will object...but really now?...anyway i got a "studio"...in my room at my moms crib...i got a podcast studio bundle and i use to it record my tracks...got 7 so far...alll mixtapes..however im not sure if my hardware(soundcard/mixer/mic)...will run in reason(cracked)....i got reason but dont have the funds or knowledge to use it...that will change this year..i got cubase too...if anyone brave enuff or knoweldgeable
enuff wants to use it for the good of AG...youll welcome...pm a nicca!

In RSA,I hope Amu releases his album this year, dont care bout other mcees. A friend of mine whos a Dj in Jhb gave me mp3 with most of those cap city mcees mixtapes, these cats sound all the same. Overseas im waiting for Juelz Santana and Jay-z   they definately droppin this year.
