In Cape Town around, 1996 - 1999 it was cool if you were a guy to relax your hair and let it grow to any length...

I did it... but i'll attribute that to the follies of youth. :-[
I put Religion, Opression and Weakness underground and when i looked down i felt myself begin to GROW.

I am ashamed to admit that I too had this hairstyle. Long a**ed relaxed hair that came down over my whole face and almost down to my shoulders.

Luckily I don't like taking pictures, so there is no evidence.

i was neva really one to follow trends,well nt south african ones. my moms used to buy my clothes abroad.  8)

plus in college i used to like being whoever and whatever i wnated to be which was not usually wat/who everyone else was. still like that today. just have to look ultrasexy and im good to go :D

Dungarees are the truth..... we used to call them MA-cross banta back then... others called them by their famous brand at the time called Samson.....

Luckly i was never taken by this trend, when Levis jeans came out peps started wearing their jeans inside out that was stage ish...... blak fold angeke ubaconfirme like Brenda..lol

I was at Centurion Mall for lunch.... I saw two girl walking around in their slippers with white socks....... I will write that again.... I was at Centurion Mall for lunch..... 2girls waliking around in their slippers at a mall, working day, sun is blazing and ish....... i've seen this done by a lot of people..... atleast wash the damn thing
