I like the concept more than the execution. Jay-Z's singing is horrible. I don't know if it's supposed to be a joke as part of the concept (ie. it's out of tune), but it makes it hard to listen to.

Here's how Kanye feels from an MTV interview:

Kanye revealed that he and Jay went back in and made some alterations to B3 since they first started.
