not really, the argument is really no necessary, a man is only as good as the music he puts out, not the software he uses.

FL Studio for sampling and sequencing, Reason for the soundkits and sequencing, Garage Band for the sounds, Cubase and Pro Tools for recording, editng, mixing and mastering.

FL Studio - ease of sampling. Reason - interface and soundkits. Garage Band - sounds. Traktion and other - nothing really (don't use them much).

All programs I use lack something the others have, hence me using so many.
