Need Help with Cool Edit Pro 2.0

i would like to know If i have a song, How can i convert it So i can make it accopella , there for i wanna be able to take the back round all the instrument & Beats so that all u hear is the Person singing

It´s not entirely impossible to do this. You can actually seperate the the beat and vocals but the acapella wont sound as clean as you want it to be, reason being that the music and the vocals usually share some of the same frequencies.

If i wasn´t drunk i would tell u how to do attempt to seperate the 2 in CooEdit.
