CAPOERA IN GRAHAMSTOWN

Damn ! Capoera is really something spiritually and physically challenging.My friend Tiger went to London two years ago and did capoera for that two years.He started capoera cla**es on the first day he arrived in Grahamstown and man did it just blow peoples minds.We are training almost every day and progress is moving at a fast pace.If there is any one out there who would like to train capoera just pop in at the dakawa art and community centre.
