Is there such a thing as a purely hiphop record label in south africa. What about Ghetto Ruff? I saw the Unreleased Records website but so far I have not heard anything coing out?

I was reading the reviews and I saw BlackNoise Records, Who else is there? Do artists just publish themselves but then is it not expensive and how much rights do they have on their music?
