Waka is horrible for me, because i don't like his style; shit ain't creative and his rhymes aren't that funny to me. so maybe put him at ten (he's only there because he's big right, now--not saying he can't rap at all, he just doesn't like doing it properly).
Wayne before Ross. maybe before Drake, but it's been a while since Tha Carter III so prolly nah.
Minaj before Ross (2009 is almost 2 years ago--and also, just for the f*** of it).
