kendrick lamar's section 80 was proper, so was Big K.R.I.T's  also these guys called The 58's i stumbled onto, quite good as well

J-Cole has really grown as a producer. That Hiii power joint is just stooopid!

I think its been a good year for Hip Hop. Maybe not as many dope drops as we all would like, but there are some young cats coming through that are completely changing the land scape of hip hop right now.

In my personal opinion i think that J-Cole is leading the pack

I need to get Big KRIT and Kendrick Lamars tapes. They have been making a buzz everywhere I go.  Plus Kendrick killed the guests spots on Games R.E.D. album and on Smoke Dzas ROLLING STONED.

I second the Federation nomination. Although my copy says 2010 most of us only heard about this album this year.
Nottz album "You need this music"on the other hand shouldnt be listed because not only did it come out last year it also won album of the year in many polls!

Whats up with Lupe's LASERS? To be honest I havent heard it even though it was very anticipated initially. Does it even deserve the nomination?
