I´m going to act a fool here and ask people what´s happening with Gogga right now?

The last I´ve heard of him was a couple of years ago, he had been staying with Rozzano at Yeoville.

Does he still do graf?

and if so, where is he doing it? Still in Johannesburg? :-]

Gogga is one of the pioneers in South African graffiti. Whether people like his style or not, in graffiti circles he has been at it in South africa since the 80´s and has done a shit load of pieces. :-]

i know bout Gogga, he works wit Sonny right? Yea my man, haven´t heard from him in ages, but i did a piece wit him in 98 i think, in JHB, near reality night club, in graffiti City, it´s still there, neway, i´m also wondering what happen to dat cat!

Yeah, I been to Yeoville recently to visit my other troublesome baba-moeder and the down Old Harrow road was full of Gogga´s
tags. Nigga got some nice undagroand shit. The pest is still alive and tagging.

Gogga is in jozi. he owns a screenprinting business.. in fact his company does all the t-shirts you´ll see at African Hiphop Indaba, African Battlecry and all other Black Noise-related events..
he´s also a partner in the former Reality... now Insanity..

i was joburg last year for business and the only place i was driving around was like Parktown and Berea and i saw a lot of good shit on the walls.

I also remember the Mail and Guardian had an article about graffiti and they interviewed some graf head in there.

am i right in a**uming that jozi got a big graf scene?

what about trains?

Cape town´s trains are graf infested. we even got a couple of top to bottoms on the carriages.

graf is picking up in durban too...

i was never really interested in the durban scene...
until last year Thabiso (Amu´s former manager) came thru late last year and asked me about shit... i had no answers for him... couldn´t show him around like i did for him in CT in ´99... and i kinda felt ashamed...

so now i´m doing my research..

The Scene is mosdef picking up from back in the day..
there is also a large number of scating backpacking white boys with good shit

Trains bin bombed was only a matter of time..i know MSE has bombed a coupla trains..i´ve seen some Gogga pieces on trains..

i have even seen an end to end on a train..it was not that good but gets mad props for effort...
