only hobo´s and street urchins rap at ghandi square,"real" rappers hang at "real" spots such as exclusive books and sandton library and rave clubs cause they will outshine everyone there.

wow..last time i was in a cypher there was in ´96 almost 7tears ago shit..i am getting old.

A central hangout would be nice, i hang around in yeoville from time to time..theres a cool spot where heads hang on a reg..but not religiously and not soley for hip hop either...just drinking/smoking and talking shit..no hip hop music none o that!!!

Khoi whatever happened to Khozeni!! i remmber back in the cut that place rocked and i remmber visiting there with my boys..drinking in the train, smoking erb ..cyphers battles..with Ma E, Hypergenic i think some cats from Birchlegh i forgotthey names its been such a long time..and all them other cats.. and perfomances on stage..i miss those days it was like 96 i think went i used to check it out..wht happened to it.

briCk to be honest, the props (from having hip-hop clubs), the fame (from wining at Rap Activity), the a** (we got cause of having a name in hip-hop), the little cash (that did the rounds in tembisa hip-hop) went into our heads so much we started getting to big for our baggy jeans

we could offer platforms to artists to do shows, but only if they agreed to help out. in other words, it would be a place for up and come heads to do their shit.
could do shows like K Kraal and us. could get some graf heads to some ill, relaxed peices on walls and stuff.
just some ideas. hit me up with some feedback on the above, khoi.

hahahaha..it happens to the best of us..i call it the perverbial learning curve... all that you have to do is let it get to your head, get the a**, the cash, just dont stop when you have started...you dig? coz its hard to get back..

I mean to whine but I see what we are faced with in Mzantsi Hip-hop – cats want to see shit happen but they don’t want to make shit happen - do you’ll mean it’s just me and Lazy who want this “hip-hop hangout” get off the ground? I real hope and pray that the same cats that pull the “let’s sit this one out and see what happens” won’t be the same cats who’ll want special favours when this shit blows up and won’t be the same cats that hate when shit becomes a success, I really hope and pray that you’ll remain “sitting this one out” when becomes a success.
