Forum Updates on Homepage Sidebar

Hmmm,, I'm still confused. The sidebar on the homepage does not seem to update when content is added to the forums. Is it supposed to work like this? I prefered the way the old one worked.

i think all this is still a work in progress. think milk is still hookin ish up. eish they say patience is a virtue mara, dizzam, its all quite hectic hey.
