Have'nt heard your work DJ Nastie_ED. Would you be interested in addressing the "mix" in mixtape by putting together one-hosted by me :lol: ? I'll hook you up with all the joints and you throw in some of Capes potentails we might be sleeping on and you do your thing if you got Denon 1000s or something. We put it out there. Promo it. Anyway I think this is a good idea to have some celeb/dj/producer types hosting mixtapes. Its certainly an enhancement to the product to compliment the artistry of the music and cuts...

I heard that Summer Mixtape Exclusive once & I was loving the Drops on there.

I think TNGeezay & D_Pleezay would be ideal "hosts".

@ Infamoushiphopsta peep the Feb issue of YMag for a breakdown of some "Mixtape" heat available locally.

Excellent suggestion TNG.Hey Ed, what thinketh u to do that sort thang thang.We can hook The Cape's finest on there.Thinking Ancient Men, Isaac Mutant, Khalil, Konfab and Syntactic plus STaple Feud and all together with other tracks from the rest of SA.And u cutting them up.Tight.

matter of fact we just mixed a 4 track demo together earlier today... gonna distribute it at DRUDGE DIALECT 2 tommorrow at vodoo lounge... fri 25th.

Only 8 minutes long... short cuts of tracks... will post it up soon... or KONFAB will.

Minimal cuts but check it out...

taking the MIXtape back down to earth.
