well not to be a Geek or dick about the situation but its possible to type that.
imagine you were trying to write a technical spec to explain how to use one of the many Microsoft conventions, -R10 can be written as R10- or even R(10) right?
well the lest imagine little KONF is try be clever and has to wite 200,99 Rands...so he spends the 200,99 Rands so he now has minus(-) 200,99 Rands right? so from the newly aquired skill he has the Desides to write it as R(200,99) and he chills and feel cool abouy himself.
someone reads in incoherent document asn asks "I understand the ()'s but what does the R stand for
the KONF say well R(200,99) =Rands(200,99) and strikes enter only to discover the whole alphert encompasing phrase "the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog right?
you might at this point in time be asking how come there is not space between the equals sign and the R, well i'll tell you KONF lke many like minded street echens call themselves heads and they walk around with te 12jewels so they do uncoventional shit coz they can..
SO thats why one would type that.
